Fort Worth is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Fort Worth is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I usually go to the Einsteins by my house, but I stop here every now and then if I'm running late for work. The staff never seems happy to take an order or asks me about my rewards so I always have to add it later if I even get a receipt. My food just doesn't taste the same here and the way they treat you makes the experience uncomfortable

Ordered farmers bagel, bacon was paper thin, bagel was not hot and not cut....but other than that it tasted good. Service was so so, expresso machine is broken so no coffee, store looked closed because it was dark

I’ve been multiple times Einsteins is always great! It was my husband’s first time and he loved it as well. Just wish we could’ve gotten here sooner for the to die for everything bagels! I got the six cheese and it smells delicious.

It was actually pretty good. The coffee had good flavor and the bagel was yummy. I was upset because they forgot my straw, but it is not always their fault. It could’ve been Uber eats.

The staff at this location is always rude! On one visit I ordered a gourmet bagel and a male employee informed me that they’re more expensive. Ok what’s your point? I ordered it and can read. Plus, I’m a rewards member that’s familiar with prices and products they offer. It was Uncalled for and Unprofessional in my opinion. Second visit, I ordered an apple cinnamon bagel. This is the same gourmet bagel I order often and an older female cashier says you mean cinnamon apple. It’s like they want customers that order in-house to get upset. I never do and said yes when I knew she was the one that was incorrect. I could tell both individuals were new, didn’t know much, or had to be ignorant. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised when I’ve seen staff members be unprofessional to each other. This is why myself and other customers order ahead via app. Even, when you pick-up your order staff ask for your name and last initial to confirm pick-up and it’s with an attitude. I should start recording these interactions but won’t go that far. Note: Glad they have promotional deals otherwise I wouldn’t go. This review is for 2 visits. During one visit the female manager on duty completely overlooked
